We love our products, and we want you to love them, too! So, if for any reason a product doesn’t make you delighted, we want to make it right.

New, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original form of payment. Please include your proof of purchase and keep items in their original packaging.

Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the item being returned was damaged during shipping.

Return policies are only valid with proof of purchase from soonskincare.com. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.

When to expect your order

Please allow 2-7 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM EST, it will be processed starting the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.
